Eco Marcoに見積もり依頼のメールを送ったところ、オーナーのゴードン氏（礼儀正しくプロフェッショナルな方）は休暇中だったにもかかわらず、即日返信をいただきました。競合他社と比べても、価格、品質、見た目ともに最高の仕上がりでした。スタッフは素晴らしく、プロフェッショナルな仕事を迅速にこなしてくれました。ゴードン氏は建築用金属屋根も約束通り、期日通りに納品してくれました。結果には非常に満足しています。すべてが期待以上でした。迷わずこの会社を強くお勧めします。10/10 ゴードンさん、改めて感謝します！すごい！

Even in Winter!!!!! I couldn't believe it! When I leave a review, I like to stick to the facts and expectations, it's the only way anyone else can relate as each experience can be different based on your needs and expectations but also in terms of how you decide to do business and build a relationship with a company. I was shopping around and educated myself on the different types of roofs, as this was our first real roof project. I contacted a good 7-8 companies, a mix of referrals and simple google searches. I wanted to redo the roof in spring, knowing my roof needed to be maintained and its life was coming to an end. With our winters and the weather extreme fluctuations, I heard horror stories. I received multiple quotes for both metal and shingle roofs, and have had very different experiences with each of the companies, some of which were MIA, others that weren't very professional or would not meet with me in person, but then I met with Gordon. He spent the time with me to explain the product, the process, the team and the approach to metal roofs. We hit it off on the project but also on the human level, he understood our needs and wasn't pushy at all with my timeline. We were both very transparent about the situation and he was extremely supportive. He was easy to reach and very responsive when i had any questions, to the point where this big scary and expensive project become something very simple, efficient and we found our partner for this project. Fast forward a few days, agreement signed, I couldn't believe I trusted that this can be done mid winter...well surprise surprise! Gordon's team led by this amazing gentleman Nikita were phenomenal. Courteous, knowledgeable, considerate, respectful and extremely professional, we knew we were in good hands when this 3 day project in the middle of winter started with a successful day 1. They cleared all that snow ( after the recent snow storms) and ice safely and started installing the frames needed + the membrane atop of my existing roof. Day 2 the metal sheets came in and they did over 50% of the house, day 3 was yesterday and well, 100% complete. It looks great and my wife and I are super happy with the entire process and the quality of work. That's not it, they cleaned up everywhere, did their best to leave the site as they found it. The scrap guy came to pick up everything else this morning and it's like they weren't there at all. Sunday to Tuesday..project done! Sometimes, you feel like it's too good to be true, but the facts are: - Had a great initial and continuous interactions and dealings with Gordon. Respectful, no pressure and efficient - Promised i would get an amazing team which he delivered - the tight timeline and in winter execution was flawless -Price and quality of the product is on point -post project cleanup and careful consideration of our schedules and property was second to none. Gordon and team, you made this such a weirdly enjoyable experience, I wouldn't hesitate doing business again in the future and referring your services to anyone in the market for a new roof.
